Try using a ground blind for safe and comfortable deer hunting. A few years ago I decided to climb down from my deer hunting tree stands and give deer hunting a try from one of the new camouflaged lightweight ground blinds literally popping up at all the camping gear and outdoor supplies stores online. I am really glad I did because frankly I was tired of strapping my climbing tree stand on my back and lugging it around until I found the proper tree for the stand. Using the ground blind eliminates all this and is a whole lot more comfortable. When in the blind I am protected from inclement weather such as rain, wind and snow. I have a much greater freedom of movement and along with the scent blocker hunting clothing I wear plus the built in scent blocker of the ground blind itself I do not have to worry about the deer winding me. Actually, sitting in my blind and watching nature is so relaxing I almost always fall asleep! This is not very productive when deer hunting but who cares.
