Millions of people enjoy the outdoor sport of fishing and I am one of them. I drove to a local lake today for a few hours of enjoying my favorite outdoor sport, fishing. The lake was calm and clear, the sky was a deep blue, and the fish were finicky! I still managed to land a few keepers and this brings me to the often tricky task of cleaning any fish you keep. I meet many different people while enjoying this outdoor sport who admit they do not keep the fish they catch because they are not sure how to clean or fillet a fish. If they ask me how I do this I am more than happy to explain the easiest way that works for me. Because the fish I catch are not longer than 30 inches I always fillet my fish. A sharp fillet knife makes this a simple task and I have several different knife's purchased at outdoor supplies stores I have found online. These online stores are usually large with many different outdoor supplies to fill any outdoorsman's needs.
